Memberships represent access to our digital platform and support of SELV's mission.

All sales are final and membership fees are non-refundable. Any exceptions are individual decisions made purely as a courtesy and do not serve as precedent.

Although no refunds are provided, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until that time.

To cancel your subscription, please proceed as follows:

Click on “Cancel subscription”.

Follow the instructions to confirm your cancellation.

This policy is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as amended, which allows for the waiver of the right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent and has given notice of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
