exploring PEOPLE and their environment since +20 years.

When my mother died of cancer in 1996, I was 6 years, 4 months, and 17 days old.

This was the point where the wagon of the rollercoaster tipped over...

What followed has been a long journey of exploration.

The kind of journey where you lose people to monsters along the way.

…and some jump into the abyss by choice, thinking that way they can escape the horror.

I’ve seen light and darkness in many countries and countless people. We all wish someone would explain to us how it gets easier. I can’t remember if nobody told me or if I could not hear them, back then.

By now I understand that they key is to make complex things simple.

These explorations create the most simple, but comprehensive understanding of elemental topics. This enables you to understand the factors of quality and how to improve further upon your own.

Exploring Mindset

Vincit Qui Se Vincit - He Conquers Who Conquers Himself

Let’s explore the 3 key elements of a mindset that lets you thrive in life:

1. Examine your underlying beliefs about yourself and life
2. Create a hierarchy of your values and priorities
3. Reflect on your interactions

Exploring Stress

Ad Aspera Ad Astra - Through hardships, to the stars.

Let’s explore the 3 key elements to deal with stress successfully:

1. Understand, recognize, process, and utilize each type of stress consciously.
2. Systemize how you relax and cope with the things that stress you every day.
3. If you struggle, get help before it’s too late.

Exploring Habits

Consuetudo Est Altera Natura - Habit is second nature.

Let's explore the 3 key elements to form and maintain effective  habits:

1. Identify the components of a habit: a cue, a routine, and a reward. The cue triggers the behavior, the routine is the behavior itself, and the reward satisfies a craving or need, reinforcing the habit loop.
2. Be mindful of your environment and take small, manageable steps towards your goal. Remember, habit formation is a journey, not a destination, and it's okay to encounter failures along the way.
3. Regularly reflect on your habits, examining their effectiveness and alignment with your goals. If a habit no longer serves you, be open to modifying or replacing it

Exploring Games

The most successful people all know the game is rigged - And accept that.

What matters is, what games you play - Too many people play the wrong game and then wonder why they don’t like what they win.

Play stupid games - Win stupid prizes. So chose your games wisely.

There are more explorations, I'll add them soon!
